Tichy's 22' HO ore car kit works great in Sn2. Consider: Tichy has a 12-kit of cars in one box, about $75. You get 12 ore cars, and 12 pair of the now most infamous trucks. The ore cars get built, and use Grandt 4'-8" archbars, thus you have 12 pair of Tichy trucks leftover for use on bigger cars

The ore car will need the coupler box shaved down to accept HOn3 Kadee's, and the bolster/kingpin location is shaved to lower the car for the Grandt trucks. I also bush the screw hole to accept the smaller Grandt truck mounting screw. You build this car like the instructions, but delete the queenposts and trussrods. You also trim some underbody stuff to clear the truck swing, but that is apparent after the truck conversion.

I also have several Gilpin small cars with PSC's plastic side framed "west side" trucks (#31783), again, looks neat!
